To Prospective Clients of Diann Carey: - Diann is a wonderful real estate agent to work with. I was introduced to Diann through Costco’s real estate program. Having heard great things about Costco’s other programs from relatives, I decided to give purchasing a new home through them a try. I must admit I was a bit hesitant to work with an agent who was “assigned” to me rather than the traditional route of interviewing agents and selecting one of my own choosing.
- However, I was delightfully impressed with Diann from the beginning. She returned all my calls and answered my initial questions promptly and professionally. Once I met her, I immediately knew she was a genuine person truly interested in finding a home that was right for me, not just selling me anything to get a commission. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and patiently showed me homes in my area and price of interest.
- As I toured homes with Diann, she was very neutral and attentive. She was able to point out pros and cons of homes that I missed. She also created a Comparative Market Analysis for the homes that I was interested in to further help me with my decision. She also made herself readily available according to my schedule and was prompt in setting up showing appointments.
- Once I chose to place a bid on a home, Diann was also a great asset. She helped me negotiate a reasonable price and offered sound advice during the purchase of my home.
